利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Yo Hanashima（以下「当社」）が提供する音声入力家計簿アプリ「Talk it」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、利用者の発話を音声認識および解析し、支出の記録を作成する機能を提供します。記録は利用者の端末内に保存され、利用者がサインインした場合に限り、当社の指定するサーバーへ同期されます。

2. アカウント

  • サインインなしでも本アプリの主要な機能を利用できます。
  • 複数端末での同期を利用する場合は、Google アカウントまたは Apple アカウントによるサインインが必要です。
  • 利用者は、サインインに用いる認証情報の管理について自ら責任を負うものとします。

3. 料金プラン

3.1 無料プラン

  • 1日あたりの音声記録の回数に上限があります。上限に達した場合、当日はそれ以上の音声記録を行えません（手動での編集・削除は制限されません）。
  • 広告が表示されます。
  • 動画広告を視聴することで、当日の音声記録の回数を追加できる場合があります。追加分は当日限り有効で、翌日には繰り越されません。

3.2 有料プラン（Premium）

  • 音声記録が無制限となり、広告が表示されなくなります。
  • 価格および課金期間は、App Store または Google Play の購入画面に表示される内容が適用されます。
  • 購入は自動更新されます。更新を停止する場合は、期間終了の24時間前までに各ストアの設定から手続を行ってください。
  • 返金の可否および手続は Apple または Google の各ポリシーに従います。当社は個別の返金対応を行いません。
  • 価格を改定する場合、当社は事前に本アプリ内またはストアの表示を通じて告知します。

4. 広告について

無料プランでは、Google が提供する広告配信サービスを通じて広告が表示されます。欧州経済領域等の対象地域では、広告配信に関する同意を取得する画面が表示されます。同意の内容は、本アプリの設定からいつでも変更できます。

5. 禁止事項

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • 本アプリの解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリング
  • 不正な手段により有料機能を利用する行為
  • 当社のサーバーまたはネットワークに過度の負荷をかける行為
  • 他の利用者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

6. 免責事項

  • 音声認識および解析の結果には誤りが含まれる場合があります。利用者は記録された内容を自ら確認し、必要に応じて修正するものとします。
  • 本アプリは家計の把握を補助するものであり、税務、会計、投資その他の専門的助言を提供するものではありません。
  • 当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。
  • 端末の故障、初期化、本アプリの削除等によるデータの消失について、当社は責任を負いません。同期機能を利用していない場合、データは端末内にのみ保存されます。

7. サービスの変更・中断・終了

当社は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。終了する場合、当社は合理的な範囲で事前に告知します。

8. 本規約の変更

当社は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更については本アプリ内で告知します。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "Talk it" (the "App"), a voice-driven expense tracking application provided by Yo Hanashima ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App transcribes and analyzes your speech to create expense records. Records are stored on your device, and are synchronized to our servers only if you sign in.

2. Accounts

  • Core features are available without signing in.
  • Signing in with a Google or Apple account is required to sync across devices.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to sign in.

3. Plans

3.1 Free plan

  • The number of voice entries per day is limited. Once the limit is reached, no further voice entries can be made that day (editing and deleting existing records is not restricted).
  • Advertisements are displayed.
  • You may be able to earn additional voice entries for the current day by watching a rewarded video. Additional entries expire at the end of that day.

3.2 Premium plan

  • Unlimited voice entries and no advertisements.
  • Price and billing period are those shown on the purchase screen of the App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. To stop renewal, cancel through your store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies. We do not process refunds directly.
  • We will give notice in the App or through the stores before any price change.

4. Advertising

On the free plan, advertisements are delivered through Google's advertising services. In applicable regions such as the European Economic Area, a consent screen is presented for advertising purposes. You can change your consent at any time from the App's settings.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Violating laws or public order and morals
  • Analyzing, modifying, or reverse engineering the App
  • Obtaining paid features by improper means
  • Placing an excessive load on our servers or networks
  • Infringing the rights of other users or third parties

6. Disclaimers

  • Speech recognition and analysis may produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your records.
  • The App assists with personal budgeting and does not provide tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.
  • Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, device reset, or deletion of the App. Without sync enabled, your data exists only on your device.

7. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App. If we discontinue it, we will provide reasonable prior notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. We will notify you in the App of material changes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
