Yo Hanashima（以下「当社」）は、音声入力家計簿アプリ「Talk it」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報等の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリの基本方針: 記録の作成に必要な処理は、可能な限り利用者の端末内で完結させています。同期・品質改善データの送信は、いずれも利用者が明示的に有効にした場合にのみ行われます。
1. 取得する情報

2. 音声の取扱い
音声認識は、端末およびOSが提供する機能を用いて行います。設定「常にオンデバイスで音声認識」を有効にした場合、認識は端末内で完結します。無効の場合、OSの標準的な動作としてOS提供元（Apple または Google）のサーバーで認識処理が行われることがあり、その取扱いは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。いずれの場合も、当社が音声そのものを受領・保存することはありません。
発話内容からの支出情報の抽出（品目・金額・カテゴリの判定）は、端末内のAIモデルで行います。この処理のために発話内容が外部へ送信されることはありません。
3. 利用目的
- 支出記録の作成、表示、集計およびその同期
- 有料プランの提供および加入状態の確認
- 広告の配信および同意状態の管理
- 音声認識・解析の精度改善（品質改善データを有効にした場合）
- 不具合の把握と品質の維持
4. 第三者への提供および委託
当社は、以下のサービス提供者に対し、必要な範囲で取扱いを委託します。

上記のほか、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
5. 保存期間と削除
- 端末内のデータは、本アプリを削除した時点で失われます。
- 個々の記録は、本アプリの履歴画面からいつでも削除できます。同期を利用している場合、削除は当社サーバーにも反映されます。
- アカウントおよび同期データの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に削除します。
- 品質改善データは、送信後は個々の利用者の記録と切り離して精度改善の目的にのみ利用します。
6. 広告と同意
- 欧州経済領域、英国、スイスおよび米国の一部の州の利用者に対しては、広告配信に関する同意または選択の画面を表示します。
- 同意の内容は、本アプリの設定「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます（対象地域の場合に表示されます）。
- iOS では、アプリのトラッキングの許可を求める画面が表示されます。許可しない場合でも本アプリは利用でき、その場合はパーソナライズされていない広告が配信されます。
- 有料プランに加入している間は、広告は配信されず、広告関連の情報も取得しません。
7. アクセス解析
本ウェブサイトでは、現時点でアクセス解析ツールを使用していません。将来、利用状況の把握のために解析ツールを導入する場合があります。Cookie その他の識別子を用いる方式を採用する際は、本ポリシーを改定し、必要に応じて事前に同意を取得します。
8. 子どもの個人情報
本アプリは、13歳未満（または居住地域の法令が定める年齢未満）の方による利用を想定していません。当該年齢未満の方の個人情報を取得したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。
9. 国外への移転
上記の委託先のサーバーは日本国外に所在する場合があります。この場合、当社は関係法令に従い必要な措置を講じます。
10. 本ポリシーの改定
当社は本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。重要な変更については本アプリ内で告知します。

Yo Hanashima ("we", "us") sets out below how personal information is handled in "Talk it" (the "App"), a voice-driven expense tracking application.
Our approach: processing needed to create a record is kept on your device wherever possible. Synchronization and quality-improvement data are transmitted only when you explicitly enable them.
1. Information we collect

2. How audio is handled
Speech recognition uses functionality provided by your device and operating system. If you enable "Always recognize on device", recognition is completed on the device. If it is off, the operating system may perform recognition on servers operated by Apple or Google, whose privacy policies then apply. In either case, we never receive or store the audio itself.
Extraction of expense details from your speech (item, amount, category) is performed by an AI model running on your device. Your speech content is not transmitted for this processing.
3. Purposes of use
- Creating, displaying, aggregating and synchronizing expense records
- Providing the paid plan and verifying subscription status
- Delivering advertisements and managing consent
- Improving recognition and analysis accuracy (if quality data is enabled)
- Identifying defects and maintaining quality

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
5. Retention and deletion
- Data stored on your device is lost when you delete the App.
- Individual records can be deleted from the history screen at any time. If sync is in use, the deletion is reflected on our servers.
- To delete your account and synchronized data, contact us using the address below. We will delete it within a reasonable period.
- Quality-improvement data, once transmitted, is used only to improve accuracy and is handled separately from your individual records.
6. Advertising and consent
- Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain US states are shown a consent or choice screen for advertising.
- You can change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the App (shown in applicable regions).
- On iOS, a tracking permission prompt is shown. You may decline and continue to use the App; non-personalized ads are then delivered.
- While subscribed to the paid plan, no ads are delivered and no advertising information is collected.
7. Website analytics
This website currently uses no analytics tools. We may introduce analytics in the future to understand usage. If we adopt a method that uses cookies or similar identifiers, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
8. Children's information
The App is not intended for use by children under 13 (or under the age specified by applicable local law). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
9. International transfers
Servers operated by the providers listed above may be located outside Japan. We take the measures required by applicable law for such transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy. Revisions take effect when posted on this page. We will notify you in the App of material changes.
